Last updated: September 22, 2026. These terms apply to imaddhin.com and related studio offerings operated by ImadDhin.
1. Services
ImadDhin provides consulting, software engineering, and AI-related delivery as described on this site, in proposals, or in statements of work. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and acceptance criteria are defined in those written agreements. Site demos, marketing copy, and estimates are informational until confirmed in writing.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, contact flows, booking tools, or APIs — including unauthorized access, scraping that violates robots rules or rate limits, interference with security controls, or sending unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
3. Accounts and submissions
If you create an account or submit a project brief, contact form, or files, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping credentials confidential. You retain ownership of materials you upload; you grant us a limited license to use them solely to evaluate and deliver the requested work.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and ImadDhin-owned tools remain ours or our licensors' unless a written agreement assigns rights to you. Client-owned materials you provide remain yours. Work product ownership for paid engagements follows the applicable statement of work or contract.
5. Payments and third parties
Advances, retainers, and product purchases may be processed through third parties (for example Contra, PayPal, or Polar). Their terms apply to payment processing. Refunds, if any, follow the written engagement terms and the processor's rules.
6. Disclaimers and limitation
The site and any demos are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a signed contract. AI systems can produce incorrect or incomplete outputs; production use requires your review and appropriate safeguards. Liability for paid work is limited as stated in the governing agreement.
