1. What we collect
When you contact us, start a project brief, book a call, or subscribe, we may receive your name, email, company, message content, selected service interests, and any files or metadata you choose to send. Technical data such as IP address, device or browser type, and cookies or similar identifiers may be processed by hosting, analytics, and measurement providers as needed to run and improve the site.
2. How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver services you request, operate and secure the site, measure conversion and product quality, and send Field Notes or other updates you opted into. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Storage and providers
Data may be stored or processed with infrastructure such as Firebase/Firestore, email delivery (for example Resend), marketing list tools (for example Kit), CRM systems when configured, and analytics providers under agreements appropriate to their role. Locations depend on those services' regions and settings.
4. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or a contract with you. Some collections may use configured retention windows.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages. You can also adjust cookie or tracking preferences where the site or your browser exposes those controls.
