Payment

Our product purchase buttons open Contra. Review the selected offering, final total, applicable taxes or fees and payment terms before confirming. Prices on ImadDhin are in USD. You do not need an ImadDhin account to browse or open checkout; Contra may have its own checkout requirements.

Digital delivery

These are digital products and services, with no physical shipment. For downloads, follow the file or access instructions supplied with your Contra order. Concept products may require confirmation of the exact files before buying. Delivery timing is the timing stated in the selected offering or your written agreement; contact us before paying if none is specified.

Agent access & monthly plans

Activation is manual after payment verification. Message ImadDhin on Contra or email us with your purchase reference and the email used for your ImadDhin account. Never send passwords or API keys. A checkout visit or return to this website does not prove payment or activate access.

The Agent workspace subscription follows the recurring billing and cancellation terms shown on Contra. Agent production plans are listed per month; this website does not configure automatic renewals. Confirm scope, usage allowance, renewal and activation timing before paying.

Licence & included work

Use rights, included files and services follow the selected Contra offering and your written agreement. Confirm resale, redistribution and client-use rights if they are not specified. Starter kits and interface concepts require configuration or development; custom implementation and third-party subscriptions are separately scoped.

Refunds, cancellations & billing questions

Refunds follow the written purchase or engagement terms, the payment platform’s rules and applicable rights. This page does not introduce a new refund window or remove statutory rights. Review the offering’s refund conditions before purchasing. If conditions are unclear, ask us before paying.

For a refund request, cancellation, duplicate charge, missing download or activation issue, contact ImadDhin through the Contra order or email contact@imaddhin.com. Include the product name, purchase reference and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card details.
