FoCoCo is an AI coaching company and the creator of CoachTalk, The Golf Mind Coach — a personal coaching system that connects conversations, practice, rounds and reflection across the Phone App and WebApp.
I designed and engineered the product end-to-end: Flutter Phone App, Next.js WebApp, Firebase backend, real-time voice, memberships, and the public website.

How it was built
Golfers needed an AI coaching product that worked on the course — not a demo chatbot.

- Mobile-first UX, voice capture, GPS context, Firebase sync, and a public web product that had to stay in parity.

- A connected Phone App + WebApp system with CoachTalk voice, Insights, and membership gating.

- Flutter mobile, Next.js web, Firebase Auth/Firestore, Cartesia voice pipeline, and production analytics.

- Grounded coaching on round and session data; voice STT/TTS with human-usable latency; entitlement-gated features.
