Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

  • Custom software development and consulting
  • Mobile and web application development
  • AI and machine learning solutions
  • Technical consulting and architecture design

2. Project Engagement

2.1 Scope of Work: All projects begin with a detailed scope of work document that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs.

2.2 Changes to Scope: Any changes to the agreed scope will be documented and may result in adjusted timelines and costs.

2.3 Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary resources, and access required for project completion.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements
  • Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables.

4.2 Third-party Components: Any third-party libraries or components remain under their respective licenses.

4.3 Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, project details, and proprietary data. Non-disclosure agreements can be executed upon request.

6. Warranties and Limitations

Services are provided "as is" with the following considerations:

  • • We guarantee professional quality work and adherence to industry standards
  • • Bug fixes for delivered code are provided for 30 days post-delivery
  • • Extended support and maintenance are available under separate agreements

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for all work completed up to the termination date
  • All deliverables completed to date are transferred to the client
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
